How To Adjust & Troubleshoot
Adjust your mouth guard in 3 easy steps.
1) Push in on sides & wiggle apart
2) Bend the lower piece of downward
3) Choose position and clip together
(repeat if loose)
IMPORTANT: if the mouthpiece is loose in any way, repeat steps and make sure to bend the lower mouthpiece part and clip together again.
